Mercedes 4500 Maultier

  • header90
I build this version of the Mercedes 4500 Maultier using an old Tamiya´s Panzer II scrap and the vinyl tracks from Tamiya´s Wespe. The truck showing the 2nd Panzer Division, 3rd Haltracked 20mm Quad Battery, in 1944. The kit was painted with enamels and oils. OOTB and some scratchs. The Flakvierling is Tamiya too.

Marcos did an outstanding job on the conversion. Hopefully Zvezda picked up on the differences and did the changes on their Maultier kit.

Very nice build Marcos. Like many of your others, its always nice to see something more unusual. The camo looks very cool as well. The only down side is the splashed mud. Very visible on some places like the upp back body, yet areas of the running gear are still base colour and clean. It leat down an otherwise excellent model .. and could still be touched up easily enough.
