The AEC 0853 Matador was better know as a medium artillery tractor, but some vehicles were used in a GS (General Service) role. An armoured ammunition carrier was also built on this chassis, in which form it was rated at 3 tons. (Referenced from British Military Transport by David Jane).

Hi Andy,
Thanks, lets hope the pictures prove useful
There is a lot of British Truck stuff coming along and Darren's been busy at Bovington too, There is a good walkabout of the Tilly, Fordson 15cwt and WOA1 Staff Car already out and Darren's walkaround of the Mk III Churchill AVRE is a cracker too.
Cheers
Al
