My apologies if the photographs in the walkaround are a little 'dark' RAF Hendon is a really interesting Museum to visit but the lighting in some of the display halls doesn't make for good pictures.

Hi Alan,
I think this is the vehicle that was restored by TomThomas, and susequently displayed at the RAF museum.
I hd the privelege of visiting his place many years ago, and measuring / photographing the beast.
I also obtained alot of his build up photo's too mant to put here. His before and after shots are incredible. He also went to great lengths in restoring the vehicle. I have a couple of photos taken in his barn with every component laid out after sandblasting and re-spraying.
George.

Hi George,
It's a cracking looking vehicle, it is a pity the light in the hall is not the best for taking pictures, but it is a vehicle I'd like to build in 1/35 scale.
Who knows what may appear in the future! Armoured cars are something I've only looked at in passing, although I have a few to build.
BTW I picked up some of the old MAFVA Tankette booklets when I was visiting Hannants recently and spending money lol, lol. I came across a selection of your articles on the Guy and Humber Armoured Cars. I just need to ferret out the first copy. Have these ever been republished? They look like very useful articles, and the drawing will come in very handy.
The restoration pics would make good viewing that's for sure.
Cheers
Al
