Hi,
I am a SU-85 fan.
Recently, I got my hands on Verlinden T34/85 detailing and updating set (item 968) at a closing down sale for a good price. Great deal, PE , resin engine and transmission, what more can a guy ask for?
I have been itching to use the set on Tamiya SU-85, but is that historically and technically correct. I always have the impression that the russians had different tanks all on the same chassis (hence engines)
Thanks in adance

There's no technical reason why you can't use the set on an SU-85, since they used the same engine and transmission.
I found the resin bits in mine a very poor fit on the Tamiya hull, specially the rear plate, so do plenty of test-fitting.
