it`s in his finishing stages
(tamiya,ootb except wire for the headphones)
stil have to do some more weathering on the wheels (mud&dust)

Yep, its awful!
Only joking!
As an OOTB this is excellent, it is obviously a good kit from Tamiya.
The chipping and weathering is bang on as Pat says. Also like the stowage, some nice touches there I think.
Only downside is that it looks a but glossy to me, perhaps this will be corrected in the final weathering stages you mention. Also i'd like to see some brassy shells in those ammo stowage racks! Perhaps a figure for good effect too?

A general rule of thumb is Urban if you want a gritty war feel to it and rural if you want a more summery relaxed feel to it.
