The colors of the vehicle are right on the money. I think you did a great job. What are those strips hanging off the LAV?
I worked with LAVs when I was in the Marines and never saw those but they could be a new thing.
How was it building a Revel model? I have not built one in years. Have they improved? Once I built my first Tamiya model I never went back to Revel.

actually those are the tie down straps for stowage. I just haven't put the bags and what not on yet. Im in the army and have seen many different colors for tie straps. So I tryed to use the light tan ones this time

The Revell Germany kit is a reissue of the Italeri model. Italeri's quality is mediocre, generally, compared to kits coming from east Asia these days, and feature the inevitable sink marks on thicker parts (because plastic sprues are ejected form the mold machines before they are cool enough). The newer Trumpeter LAV-25 kit has better detail and accuracy out of the box, with well-done vinyl tires (the Italeri kit has poor styrene tires, which is why this one was corrected with a set of resin wheels). Italeri does include a few interior parts to go inside the back doors if you want to pose them open.
