DML's Stug III kit #6033 built OOB. This was my first time using PE and I screwed up really bad so I left off the back rails. I freehand airbrushed with Humrol colors using a Badger 200NH, washed with oils, dry brushed with Humrol. Lay the criticism on thick.
I noticed the fenders are not straight, but every time I try to fix it, it gets worse. I'm leaving it be, before I destroy it on accident.

Jim,
Looks pretty good to me! I would recommend mud, mud and more mud. The road wheels and return rollers are way too clean. I know there are some folks who would stone me for saying this but I'll say it anyway. Mud can cover a lot of misteaks, I mean mistakes.
Keep up the good work,
L Witter

I agree, adding some weathering to the lower hull would add to the realism of your model! I think the washes and the like really bring out the detail and the cammo looks great, but it's missing something... and I think it's dirt! Good job man! Maybe some dullcoat on it first to get rid of some of the shine. This will help blend in the decals a little better too! Good job over all man!

Ditto what has been said.
One other thing if you have rust or smoke powder put some on the exhaust pipe.
Nice for a first on PE.

Good job. Some more weathering would be good as already mentioned. Dont worry about the fenders - I have seen StuGs with fenders bend in more strange ways than this. After all it is a combat vehicle.
Very good paint job.
