Hey, my wife said she likes small things (I'm not sure what that means) so I started this Bren Carrier. Ready to load it up with all those British goodies... Let me know what you think.

Nice job. I can't come up with suggestions.... Good job. Everything is nicely detailed, the paint job is solid, the construction is very clean. I like the holes in the fender. The decals look good.
Great job.

Looks nice. Do you plan to add figures? What kit is this? Tamiya? I believe it'll fit nicely in a diorama. Have you thought about it?
Kind regards,

Very nice Keenan, it looks really like it has a long story to tell us. It's also good to see some "unusal" subject too!!!

Yeah, I think it is headed to a diorama. I have two of the crewmen from the kit (Tamiya) started and am going to add the guys from the British Army on Patrol kit. Was thinking of a "Hell's Highway" theme, with the carrier and the infantry being in no particular hurry to get up to Arnhem to relieve Frost at the bridge during Market Garden. I'll keep ya updated on how the dio is progressing.
Thanks for the compliments guys, my first rivets have been reviewed.

Construcion looks good, paint's nicely worn and dirtied, decals are well blended with no silvering. Yep, you've got a neat little kit there.

The weathering and detailing on that model is stunning. Looks like you could jump in and ride away. Beautiful job.

Neat and really well painted little kit. The dusting in particular stands out for me. Will enhance any dio!

Like everybody else here has mentioned you've got a very nice model there.
Here is another idea for a dio if you want. I've thought of making this kit and recreating the scene form The Longest Day where the British beach master pounds on the bren carrier with his club to get it to start. I 've thought that would make a cute little dio. I just don't have the skill in modifying figures yet to attempt it.

THat`s a sweet little carrier Keenan.
I really can`t add more to the comments then what`s already noticed so good job on that bren carrier.
Another nice idea for a dio (if you are going to do a dio of course) is that you have the brencarrier driving into a french town just after it`s liberated. With all french civillians partying around i.e. a french farmer who walks around with the french flag or is giving wine to the soldiers
just a guess

I have a bunch of "stuff" loaded up. As soon as we get another sunny day here in Indiana I'll take some pics and send them along. I have also started the figures for the diorama that are going with this little guy to the IPMS regional in Indy on April 25th. Stay tuned...

It looks great Keenan! I like all the little sublties you added...the fire extingishers, the guns, helmets. Weathering is nice too. Keep it up and keep em coming.
