Looks pretty good so far. Could you post some pics of the whole vehicle?

Eric, Thomas.
Thanks for looking. I'm havingtrouble at the moment working things out as I've not tried up loading photos before, as far as that goes I've hardly ever taken any photo's of a model before hence being blurred and the rather rubbish composition and background. Essentially this is more of a test than anything else (it was also a test with chipping, using a Tamiya Rattle can and Vallejo paints) BIG TIME learning curve on this one.
As it happens I've dusted it tonignt and washed out the Cam on the Vehicle commander so if it is sunny in the UK tomorrow (some hope) I'll slap it on a temporary base and take more photo's
There are more in my gallery
Cheers
Craig

Hi Craig
looking good so far (i so need to finish my warrior at some point), again more pictures of the whole model would be good.
to help a little on you photos, try taking them against a solid back ground, i use a large piece of blue paper i picked up from an art store. set it up so that the paper sits in a curve, so that the model has a solid back ground and base of the blue paper.
This will help bring you pictures into focus a little more as currently it looks like your camera is trying to focus into the model and background at the same time. So what you end up with is the foreground (model in focus) and the back ground out of focus, but because the background is out of focus it ruins the foreground picture so you model doesn't look as clear as it should.
As to uploading pictures, go to the photos part of the site (click on the photos tab to wards the top left corner), this will take you to the photo storage part of the site, log in using the same log in as you would in armorama.
Click on the upload photos, and then browse to them on your PC, click upload and this will put them in to your own personal storage space.
copy the whole [img] link under each picture into your forum post, voilą your pictures.
any problems give me a shout, also out of interest what camera are you using?
also there are multiple articles over on model geek that may help if you click here
cheers
Keith

Hi,
Yes keith I've had a frame made, sort of a big L shape and have some old (unused) blue carpet to use as background. I'll be trying to do some more later today. My camera is a Lumix DMC- FZ70 I'm ok with using it for distance stuff (scenery and the kids etc) but am still working on the macro functions. Like I've said elsewhere this is more of a learning curve for me, from using Tamiya rattle cans, chipping, Vallejo paints and most important the camera.
Paul,
The figures are Accurate Armour the one at the top has a Ultracast head as the AA one has moulded on shades which I didn't like and I think he looks older. Both are painted with Vallejo over emamels.
Thanks for looking.
Cheers
