both are resine conversion kits manufactured by japanese company named "TC Berg" - base is the old 1/35 Italerie Jeep model (chassis and some small parts) ...

2nd model is a M38 MD Jeep with the rounded fenders which was used in vietnam and other conflicts - wthe particular model was designed for carrying a recoilles-gun but still unfinished ...
