I guy's I am currently building Trumperters KV-1 simplified Turret, updated with lion roars PE kit, For the trumpeters various kv1 kits and it contains external fuel tanks as well. Did the Simplified version carry these? I have not come across any ( images) evidance that they did.

Any help will be appreciated.

I had seen a reference about when the KV1-'s carried those tanks but I cannot remember when it was. Something tells me it was late 42 or 43 when they carried the round external tanks.

I was glad when I saw this or I would had put them on my KV-1, which would have been a mistake, since mine was from 41.
