All,
Due to work...I hardly model these days.....except looking others build...
Recently, saw an article by Ron Goins, got inspired by the article and decided to actually take one of the kit in the ever increasing kit stash and do something....
Need to get do it before the inspiration goes away again...hee...hee...hee...
Weathering Russian Armor
It's the Tamiya SU-85 dated 1987 on the kit itself...
I must say that it is a relative stress free assembly...did it over 1 weekend...a total of 6 hours between sat and sun last week...and this weekend managed to put some paint on it, decal it and finally satin coat it....looks brand new ...fresh from the factory....
I will start weathering it over the next few weekend...if I do not get any distraction...
Comments are always welcome...
Mike
P:S: Don;t let let poor lighting in the photography prevent you from putting any comment...

Looks great! Not much to say only that it is as clean as my builds are without all the extra 'weathering'!

Nice clean build. Looks like they are getting ready to run through Red Square for a May Day Parade.

Looks great! And it's Polish! How refreshing, to see a vehicle in the markings of a smaller country, for a change. One grows so tired of seeing endless Soviets, Germans, etc.
