Hi all,
Well, it was a busy weekend. In addition to the Chaffee below, I finished this one. It's the Italeri kit built mostly OOTB, based on photos in "Tank Destroyers in Action" and the Zaloga Tank Destroyer book, with the mud camo. I added some old Tamiya figs, slightly modified, some stowage (homemade and from various other kits), the cable and chain for the winch, the windshield cover from masking tape, added a bit of detail to the 37mm, and that's about it. Did the yellow stars through Verlinden stencils, a real bear on this one. Had to do some touching up after. I was lacking references for this one and didn't want to go too crazy. Four pics, and then the "Godzilla" effect of my beast, Natasha, hanging out just out of sight of the gunners. Maybe that's why this vehicle did not last long in service in North Africa(?) Enjoy, and thanks for reading/looking.
Rob

Looks great Rob.
Make me want to dust off my old Max kit.
So many models, so little time.

I love something different Rob, and this happens to be one of them
Great finish, and a good action scene, especially the sense of them backing into position... Base looks the part too!
Cheers

Very nice job on the kit and the base. The mud camouflage is great.
In the last picture the dog looks very realistic. What kit did you use? Sorry, could not help it
Thanks for sharing

Thanks for the comments guys.
For an old kit, with some TLC, it builds up okay. Overall I enjoyed it.
As for the "dog" kit, sadly, she's keeping the formula that created her a secret, otherwise I'd clone her or something. An awesome beast.
