An IS-3 that I also need to finish! Some washes, some pigments, now just needs the last touches...

Hi Dmitry. Firstly Id like to ask for more photos. From the photo shown, all looks good ... excpet the gap on the hull front. The green colour used and weathering are very nice. Ive built this kit a few years ago .. nice kit and quick assembly. The AM tracks are much needed, and these also look very good.

More photos and more paint!
Mostly trying to get the right oil finish. The green is basically Sap Green oil paint. The original acrylic can no longer be seen here. It looks pretty glossy from many coats and washes. This will hopefully go away to so extent with pigments. Started using Mig's oils and they are some pretty well chosen colors at a fair price. I wander for how long should this dry before moving on?
The tracks were coated with a few coats of various dark brown powders.

I would wait at least 48 hours for oils to dry properly. If your next stage is pastels, you may have problems getting them to stick to a shiny coat ... you may need need to add a flat cote first.

Very nice looking build. The tracks are very well done, and I like the subtle variation of color, especially on the turret.
Good work!

Some more work. Now the dust added by using acrylic washes. I think I lost all of the previous effects, but that is OK. Dmitry
