already built and i would like some feedback on them

the 1st: revell of germany M1A2 ootb (3years ago) with tamiya stowage and real model water boxes; pushed up with AFV-tracks later

2nd: dragon USMC M1A1 build ootb, too, with the wrong bre
glued so hard-can't be removed without destroying the rest
again tamiya stowage and realmodel water boxes
build as an "i like it so" model

comments welcome

they look good to me Joe, Im no Abrams expert by any means, so all I can comment on is the build and finish, which looks great...nice weathering too. only thing I could suggest is some of the stwoage looks to be only one solid color.. no shadowing going on there..Id add some shadow washes and some highlights.

I have to agree with Tim. Great models, nice camo and everything looks good, except ...
More depth is needed ... not only in the stowage but the vehicle overall. Because of the scale, the details dont make normal shadows, so they have to be painted (washes) to give the depth needed. Weathering on top of a mono-colour hides the details evenmore. Even a lighter colour used to drybrush the higher details gives this appearance.
