Saw a post here in the photography forum about making your own photo studio out of a cardboard box. I gave it a go and took some pics of of a few WIP's on my bench. I think It works well.

Enjoy and thanks for looking. Comments welcome by all good or bad.

PS make your own box lads. I think with some practice my pics will get better.

DML Panther smart kit 1/35 OOTB. Enjoying this build so far. Painted with Tamiya acrylics and washed with Windsor & Newton oils. Started on the Tracks with Mig's. More work to go.

DML Puma 1/35 OOTB. I will build more. This is a great kit. Again painted with Tamiya acrylics, WN oils and MIG on the wheels. I intend to keep the body as clean as possible with minimal wear and tear.

Tamiya stug 3 1/48 OOTB. Tam acrylics, WN oils and MIG on the tracks. Nice little kit.

DML Sherman 1/72. Painted and weathered as above. Nice kit. Have more to build.

The exaust rust was simulated with different shades of mig pigments. i played around a bit with white spirits t seal it in.

thanks for the comments

Some fine work, Dan. I'm trying to finish a DML Puma, seeing your build will get me in gear to get it done! Real nice builds and finishing on them all, and your box trick works great. Will have to find that thread. Keep up the great work.

Very nice builds - you did a good job on those. I especially like the lightly dusted Puma.

Thanks for sharing
