Hi there
I just found this coat in a charity shop for £40. From what I have been able to find out it's fron the Railroad and Military Transportation division.
I would live some more info on this fantastic looking coat. It's really heavy though but so so warm.

looks to be that of an enlisted man, as soviet great coats of officers were far more elegant, im going to say 70's / 80's. I have a German WWII officers leather great coat, so I understand how warm those are in the winter, but yea, heavy as hell.
