Hey all! Does anyone know if there is a T-60 made in 1/72nd scale? I care not if it's plastic, vaccum, or resin. I have the Anigrad A-40 (Russian Flying Tank) and am looking for alternatives to the kit's tank.....and all I'm finding is way "tiny" or 1/35th.
Many thanks in advance.
Mike

T-60? Is it out there in "Braille Scale?"

Hey Mike,
There's one - AER Models #7247
It's a resin kit and although I don't have one, it looks pretty sad -

Thanks Matthew.....yeah, that one is looking painful. I generally stay away from the small scale, but this A-40 "called me by name." The Anigrad isn't all that bad, but you know......
Appreciate your time finding that.

You're welcome Mike, glad I could help (if you could call it that!).
You meant "The Anigrad looked like junk until I saw the AER one!", didn't you?
I'm a 1/35 builder myself and the A-40 project got my gears turning, too.
Since I was lucky enough to find a 1/35 RPM T-60 I thought I would approach the project the other way around, and use balsa, styrene and tissue to build the glider part. Still in the early planning stages, though.....

Heheheh, Junk? No....not really....
I was actually in "talks" with a guy to produce an upscaled version of this with everything but the tank done in resin, but in 1/35th. There are plenty of nifty things out there for the 1/35th T-60 (plastic kits, AM tracks, PE....). I figured a nicely detailed larger tank with "new wings" would really rock! Can you imagine this thing totally done up like that?? Show stopper is my belief. However, would you submit it as an Armor entry or Aircraft entry??
If you go beyond the "planning/thought" stages, I would really, really be interested!
