Hey, the kit itself may be a POS but you did a fine job building it. Remember why you built it. I think it looks fine. I have 2 in the closet... Good job.

Looks good, did you start with the original motorized Tamiya Panther and then try to upgrade it? I've done that with the old Tamiya M4A3E8 motorized Sherman. It now "belongs" to my 6 yr-old son Alex. I've attempted the same thing with the old Tamiya Hunting Tiger.

I get real joy out of taking the old dogs and teaching them new tricks. Best of luck.

FWIW, when painting the camo pattern on these tanks that were painted in the field, try to remember that these are 5½-6' tall men who are climbing on and standing next to the tank they are painting.

I am using the side skirts from the italeri kit and the extra track links and whatever else I can stuff ont this kit,I'm making motorized cause I don't have the mulah $$$$ to get a 1/16 or even 1/35 rc kit,and who knows it ,ight even eventually become an rc tank over time, the tracks are also perfect for what I'm gonna do to it,even if they don't look scale.I also used the decals I did cause the other ones used quite dull paintjobs and I can't find pics of this anywhere so I just came up eith my own camo scheme.
