Hello folks!

Is here anyone in contact with Igor from Miniarm or any other person who´s representing this company?

I used to order my stuff directly from them, no problems so far, since Estonia is in EU as well.

But my last order (which goes back to mid-december) was never delivered but my money taken. First, Igor excused and said they moved the company. Then they had to make new barrels. And in the last time I don´t get any responses on my requests.

Now I´m a bit worried whats going on there, so If anyone could help me on this........

Best regards,

Andreas

Hello Andreas, you can try talking to Andrew at Historica books He has quite a bit of their line...I am not sure if he orders direct or if he goes through a supplier, but that is the best contact I can give you.

I hope your problems with Miniarm are not a harbinger of things to come...

Dear Jacques!

I will follow your advices and will post again when things are SOLVED OR NOT. Well, I had the same thought as you Jacques, but let's wait and see, I post again soon.

Thanks a lot,

Hi all!

Another month over and I make a résumé:

No sign/mail from MINIARM. (Since mid-december!) Never thought something like this would happen to me with a honest (?) company. Now that was a lesson for me about "trust".

My last order from MINIARM is going to arrive. Yes, I ordered everything again from Historicabooks. Never again will I buy MIniarm products. I don´t wanna provoke anyone to follow me, but just wanted to let you know what can happen to you. And I don´t want to start a flame war or something like that, to make my case public is the only thing I can do.

And Igor, If you read this: There´s a good saying: "You don´t get far with stolen money!" Make some bad investment with it, I´m done with you!

Best regards,

Andreas

Just a question: Did you pay by credit card. Couldn't you have appealed against the credit card bill at least? I mean maybe the time was far out for this already... its still annoying to experience such problems Wish you and all of us luck, that it won't happen again!

Hi Marian!

Well, I paid via my credit-card. Well, sort of. I made a transfer to his IBAN and BIC. The problem is,a s you mentioned, that the time period is now far out for an appeal. Why did I wait so long? Well, he promissd me the delivery several times

Anyway, thanks for your interest,

Best regards,

Andreas

Sorry to hear that things did not turn out ok. But if the products do show up some day, let us all know.

I REALLY hate seeing companies with good products start out failing by doing these sorts of things. It only make me sad.
