Scott... yup it sure is. I am having a blast. It's like starting a whole new hobby.
Bob... yes that is the Dragon smart kit. The only problem I had was the upper deck had a gap at the bottom but I think I didn't get the bulkhead inside seated all the way down. Other have not had this issue so it must have been me
