Hi,
as promissed - 1/72 Revell KingTiger. Not as a campaign entry of course, but some sort of a warm-up for sure.
BTW: I think that my hands are too big for these 1/72 bugs...

Great pre-campaign training and with 3 hours of beer...
I wish I could paint something after that, or just glue my hands to the beer cans...

Unfortunately the decal is not very horizontal, but it was when I was placing it...

You used an Airbrush with this tiny tank ?
Don't worry about the decal, with 3 hour beer course it would be upside down with me...

Yes... indeed I did . It required calm finger on a trigger though...

What's your bph rate ? (beers per hour)
Looks good that King Tiger.
Have you decided what to build for this campaign ?

Well, my BPH ratio veries from 1 to even 5.... it depends on result I want to achieve . Standard is about 2-3 but it goes lower every next hour.
For the campaign I've chosen this one:
with additional resin zimmerit from Atak Model.
I also have initial production Tiger from Leningrad in my stash but there is no way to build both in the time allowed... I have few more campaigns planned in this time period.

Check some posts on the main board, there were some issues with that kit..
Here it is:
http://armorama.kitmaker.net/forums/122728&page=1
I did a 1970's Tamyia Panther A, pretty old and crude, I'll have to tackle the Dragon Panther's, they look quite impressive.

You ARE the man Andrzej with that paint job under the influence.
I just enlisted but I'll have to think about what I want to build. Might go out and get a Flakpanzer ... Gepard or the Coelian. I do have the Accurate Armor Coelian turret I need to use too.
Looks like fun!

@John - thanks for link - it sure is usefull.
@Jeff - thanks for kind words. Maybe we could start another campaign some time: "Modelling under influence" campaign: any kit, any scale, at least 0,2 per mile of alcohol in blood . Results could be funny .

Andrzej, I have the exact same kit in my stash and the same zimmerit AM set from Atak. However, I might use it for the airborne campaign as a HG Panther in Italy. For this campaign I am planning on a Jagdtiger. It will fit well into an evolution line up tank destroyer display.
John, thanks for the article link. I will check it out.
Looking forward to get started.

Jesper,
If I find something in this kit that caused me some problems I let you know - you may avoid this problem during your build .
