heres my 250/9....It will be an abandoned vehicle after hitting a mine and having the engine sieze up & losing a tire.,similar to the ambush scene in the field involving the german half track being hit by the bazooka in the movie"Saving Private Ryan".....
I figured I should go easy on the damage to the fenders....

Thanks Tim...I figured I should take pics now ,cause once shes closed up and I have the flackgun in there Ill never see it again! the next pics will show the turret cage, affixing of the fenders and the painting of the base and camocoats(Im still on the fence on the camocoat to choose)....Im thinking of doing a late war event which has a mid war vehicle which has been "requisitioned " for duties during April 45. Im up on that period, but not up on wether they would still have any of these little recon halftracks left,or would they all be the "NEU" version?....dunno

How did you do the instrument panel details? They look great.

The insturment panel is from the kit....which is the old Tamiya 250/9.......the dials were painted appropriate colour and the numbers and needles were painted with oils using a fine brush in a quasi-drybrush style.
