Both Panzershop (PS 35229) and Real Model (RMA 35093) have released conversion sets to turn the Ural-4320 into a Ural-375 (new engine and hood).
Real Model has also released a resin wheels set (RMA 35082), a Ural-4320 engine (RMA 35081), and a van body conversion set :
On a side note, back in 2004 Tankmaster had released a 1/35 set of add-on armor plates for the Ural-4320 as used in Chechnya, but I believe it's OOP now.
