Hello Armorama-Dudes!
Now you certainly think: "This guy must be crazy, the second vBench and he's building the Stryker with SLAT Armor... That's gonna be a mess! " That could end like this, so it could be an entertaining build to watch
The vendor at my local hobby shop, did a good job selling me the voyager SLAT armor First I just wanted to build an ordinary Stryker, but he showed me the bundle of PE plates and the instructions. And with some price reduction I was convinced... If you read this Mr. Müller from Basel, thanks again!
Now this is what I bought:
It's a little bit of an aquivalent to my current Zimmerit built on a Jagdpanther, and my first try on a modern tank.
I hope some of you'll be interested in my vBench, even it's the 1'000'000'000 Stryker build.
Good and bad comments always welcome, so tell me what you think!
Regards, A. W.

You sure do get some interest! And for my personal taste, there can't be enough Stryker builds around, especially with Slat-Armor.
One thing puzzles me, though. Does your Voyager set include the additional armor? You may want to buy this separetely because all "Slated" Strykers also got those additional armor plates installed.
Looking forward to your first building progress.

Good luck with this one! Like mentioned above: There can't be enough Strykers.

I'm very motivated to start this build! I want to join the Stryker Army But first I have to finish my Jagdpanzer because I just allow myself to have 2 simultaneous builts. One aircraft and one afv.
I was surprised to see that the MOWAG Company from my homecountry was mentioned with General Dynamics in the instructions. During my service i had some opportunities to be deployed with the LAVs By the way, does someone have links to afv models from the swiss army?
I'm looking for some additional armor on the net. Perhaps someone got me a nice offer or saw a good one online (I'm a poor student ) ?!
And does someone have a link to scratch built anti-skid plates ?
Thanks for your comments

Try to find something like Terracota spray cans in your local hardware store. This might do the trick for the non-slip surfaces. But try first on a piece of plastic or test model, it's probably aggressive on plastic.
