Don't forget to check out Neil Stokes' presentation on the KV series: The Soviet KV Heavy Tanks.

There are a few reviews of various Trumpeter KV kits on Armorama, and you can check them out in the Reviews section. Trumpy's 1942 Lightweight Cast tank (#00360) is a very nice kit which goes together well.

Hey John! Merry Christmas. Thanks for the links. I was going to go to Fine Scale on the day we got that giant dump of snow but my poor little Vw golf lost a belt and I had to turn around.

Hey Ryan,
Merry Christmas to you too !!
Yeah, the weather was something alright
I spent Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and part of Saturday at my Dad's place in West Van and didn't get home until yesterday afternoon.
I hit Mr. Hobby on my way home and spent some of my Christmas money, picking up Dragon's M4A2 PTO Sherman, Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. F1(F) and the PaK38 and PaK40 Premium kits.
I have several of the Trumpeter KV's and they are very good IMHO.
I like the fact they have pre-sagged link and length tracks along with some not bad vinyl tracks.
The vinyls will be very handy replacing the horrible tracks in a number of Eastern Express and Tamiya KV's in my collection.
I hope you enjoy building your KV !!
Cheers
