Campaign: Modern Russian / Soviet Armor ?

Hi Guys !

Anyone interested in a New Campaign starting in about March on Modern Russian / Soviet Armor ?

How about the Time period 1970 to now for all Soviet / Russian Tracked Vehicles in either Soviet or Russian colors.

This would open up machines in at least these conflicts :

Afghanistan 1980's
Chechnya 1990's
Georgia 2008

Also all other tracked AFV's during that time period not involved in conflicts.

eg: T-55's, T-62's, T-64's, T-72's, T-80's, T-90's etc

and any tracked APC and other AFV's.

Anyone interested ?

We will have to come up with a good title...............any suggestions ?

I have some BMP's and a Tamiya T-55 I wanted to build, and this campaign is a great way for me to finally build them!

Very good thought Paul.Already I have made enough models of these periods.The last one that hardly dyed they is a GAZ-66.

Depending on the time frame, I would gladly join this campaign. I have several unbuilt Russian vehicles that are waiting in the stash.

I got a Miniarm T-90A conversion(s) for Chrissy !! Whooo Hoooo. That'll be a beauty to do !

Remember the Machine you do needs to be either Soviet or Russian.....

The great thing too is there are sooooo many great photo's and references for these machines as well

I would be interested. I have a couple of BMPs, a 2S1, PT-76 and a T-80 all wating in the wings.

Plus, if Trumpeter ever gets their T-62s released...

Anyone else ?

I have a T-64B in mind -- my stash includes:

1. A Skif 303 T-64B Soviet main battle tank, profipack.

2. An Accurate Armour A082 - 1/35 T-64B MBT Kit Upgrade and Detail Set

3. The Master Club MC135051CL Tracks for T-64 Clickable

4. And perhaps the Miniarm B35008 T-64B Turret m1981 (which I have), if I don't like the AA Turret in the kit above

Throw in a Zvezda or Evolution Crew and Bingo, this will make quite a beast !!

Who's in Guys ? Hmmmmmmmm ?
