This one has been on the bench for a few weeks ,it's the old tamiya kit with the AFV CLUB suspension and tracks (not shown) . I plan on displaying it with the right track off due to a tree limb caught in the running gear ,and the crew in the process of fixing it. I've got a few interoir details to add here and there such as the open tool box , details to the drivers compartment, loaders seat ect. Any pointers are welcome thanks turrettoad 13

Toadman (tm) as I had mentioned in the chat, this is one very nice looking tank, I especially like how the suspensions are laid out. Can't wait to see the whole dio finished. Good work!

TT,are you going to make an auxilliary muffler?
Will you make a mantlet cover?
Are you going to have a tow cable on the left side?
(++) (++) (++) (++) (++) (++) piggies so far...

TT13 - looks like you're going to have a good time with this project. Man, Walker BullDogs are beginning to proliferate here on site - about time!
First thoughts when looking at yours: can you go back and remove the rain gutter around the Loader's Hatch at this stage? This detail wasn't present on the Turret type Tamiya molded. No biggie if you can't - but it stands out like the lack of stiffener details on the sides of the Sponson Storage Boxes. Never figured out why Tamiya didn't cast this detail...

Gunniethanks for pointing out the rain gutter problem ,will fix working on the stifeners . I've been using your tanks for refference (a lot ! ) .Yes T C i've got the tow cable ready ,saving the manlet cover for later got a bit of work left to do in the turrert working on scratching up a apu muffler . Stug the afv club suspension is oob only had to extend the struts on the shocks a bit i "borrowed" the idea from the tamiya m-26 pearshing kit.

Nice job. I am wondering about the mufflers. I believe you need to tone down the paint. I'd also go heavy on the black wash. Interested to see what you do.
