hello and good morning...
Well, after a pause of almost one year i've finally managed to get back to the workbench and get something done...
It's dragon's 1:72 M1114 HMMWV, supposed to depict an OIF vehicle as used by the marine corps...
It was painted with Tamiya acrylics, weathered with acrylics (washes), enamels (drybrushing) and MIG pigments.
The stowage comes from various other kits (duffle bags and water can from dragon, ALICE pack from revell, tarp in the vehicle from verlinden and tarp on rear hatch scratched from putty)
well, hope you like the pictures, comments are always welcome

Max--I think you did a good job overall. The pictures are a bit blurry, but the weathering looks convincing, and the clean area on the windshield looks particularly well done. Did the kit come with open doors, or did you cut them out yourself?

Nice vehicle you've got there Max, even with blurry pictures. Your camo finish looks good, was it applied with a brush or did you use an airbrush? Weathering is good, nice dust job to the lower areas of the vehicle, came out well.
Thanks for sharing your model with us. Cheers -

Thanks Tim,
the base color was applied with an airbrush and after that the actual camo was hand painted with a soft brush...
