My latest model, it is a Canadian M4A4 Sherman V.
I've used the following as kits and aftermark sets for the poject:

Base Kit: Dragon 6035 M4A4 Sherman.
Turret: Trakz TX 0074 Sherman turret early
Suspention: AFV Club VVSS Suspention with dragon weels
Tracks: ModelKasten SK-45 M4 T54E1 tracks
AFV club: duckbills
PE: ABER and other spare parts
Eureka XXL: towcable and .30 MG
TWS: Small hatches with periscopes
Ultracast: Decals
Formations: tools

And some small scratch work. The figures are from Tamiya.

For painting I used Tamiya acryls. XF-61 Dark green for a preshade. After drying I highlighted it with XF-21 Sky. After the highlights I nuanced the coulor differences with a mixture of XF-21 Sky and XF-31 J.A. Green. To get the final color.

The weathering has been done with MIG Filters green and grey. A dark wash of black and brown was used for the deep parts.
The final touches has been done with MIG pigments Sand, allied fading and Europe dust.

The stowage is a mixture of plusmodels with a camo net from verlinden. The oil can and bucked (from PE) are form plusmodel aswell.

As I've said in previous posts, everything looks great except for the inaccurate blue/green AoS marking.
You'll need to find a couple of red ones with the 52.
Otherwise, I really like the job you've done.

Sharp Sherman, very nice. How much work were the MK tracks? I'm looking for a set of tracks for a Sherman project, and it seems some find the MK's are a bit fiddly to work with.

I love the effort, the extra gear strapped on looks really good. I would like to do a similar project and I'll keep track of your add ons for reference.

Very nicely done! As noted, the AoS background should be red, and I noticed one other quibble: The long gun cleaning rids on the left sponson are a Firefly-only feature not seen on standard 75mm tanks. But a beautiful presentation overall with really nice stowage. Well done!

@ Chris, the weathering is basically a couple of MIG filters, some dark pinwashes en dusting and fading with MIG pigments.

@ John, I could wait for some new decals. I wanted to finish this one an go on with a next project. Better luck next time. I've put my eyes on a new Tasca M4A4 (I'm still young and don't have to many kits at stock )

@ E.Bowman, The MK tracks are a real pain in the *** the construction is very time consuming and when they are in place the still are very fragile. But they look cool

Very very nice Sherman V. The paint scheme looks very much like the SCC 15 green the Canadians painted their Shermans. I am building a Firefly IC at the moment and will build a V afterward. I hope they turn out as nice as yours.
