What kit could I get that would be suitable for a Canadian leopard or close to the variations that they use? Any of these kits by chance have Can decals? I would love to build one for the Twilight 2000 campaign in the future and just want to have some research for my build.

To do a Leopard C1 either early or late your best bet is the Italeri leopard 1 A4. Maple Leaf Models and Trackjam Models have been collaborating on a conversion for the earlier version which should be out early Fall. (check the coming soon box in my link below for pictures of the masters.) Later version will follow. For the Leopard C2 you need a Revell Germany Leopard 1 A5. There are significant turret modifications so you can't do it right from the box. It will be a while before a conversion is out on that one.

if canada has leopard 2a4 or 5 be sure to use the tamiya kit its a jewel!

Unfortunately, Canada does not have the Leopard 2 in service and will likely never have.
