.....this ones coming on
i used resin copies of the tamiya Cromwell front hull rear engine deck and
hull rear.
The tracks are t64 which fit the Sherman drive sprocket nicely
I made the turret out of car body filler its even hollow.
The mantlet is firefly with car body fill applied,
The barrel is a russian su 100 which i got from Lou Steiner
ive realy enjoyed this build so far
but theres still a lot to do
ive included photos of it alongside a Cromwell for comparison
ive the front suspension to clean up and paint first
on on of my classic cars
all comments welcome
regards andrew

Hi there Andrew,
Another excellent what if. It's a pity the allies didn't have you around in the 40's, the war would have been over much sooner . Thanks for sharing.
Cheers, Jim.

Your skills, especially in resin casting, are very admirable.
Keep up the great work.

WOW !!!,Keep posting those pictures mate.I too dally with what-if tanks ocasionally (gives you something to do with all those bits that pile up in the spares box).My last creation was a Chally/Bergepanther combo using a Sherman ARV picture as inspiration, nothing too elaborate, basically turretless using the crane from the redundant Bergeanther.

Hey Andrew,
You have been busy !!
This one has the look of a prototype Centurion or T-44/54/55 about it.
It certainly looks like a tough bast*rd !!
Cheers
