Thanks for the news.

I personnaly don't like it. They are doing a half house only but try tu put everything in it what makes out a full house.
The door is also to much on the left side to look good.

Thank you for your comments. I respect that you don't like our Farmhouse but it's not true that we've tried to put everything a whole house has into one house. You might want to check the following picture of a real farm. Thanks for your quick reply! I'm surely happy we can have different opinions! Just wanted to let the people know our miniature Farmhouse is a replica of an actual farm, not just a weird fantasy of the sculptor's mind.

I agree with Scott that there is definitely something that lifts this companies products above the rest. About the farmhouse, I wonder how the thatch roof would paint up? It appears that it was made of individual strands before casting?
The number ont he front seems overly large though

Hi Brad

I've seen that before. It's not the house number but part of the date when the property was was built. Quite common to see it in old buildings, certainly in the UK so I'm sure that extends into the rest of Europe. Sometimes if wall ties have had to be used to pull in walls they would incorporate it to make it more of a feature. Mostly I've seen it done by the bricklayer at the time of building construction, using different coloured brick to create a name or date.

Ah thanks Alan that makes sense. That said, if you compare to the original photo from the link it is huge in comparison, but if the artisitic licence is validated, then I'm all for it

Yes I think the example picture was the basis of the building but the numbers a valid embellishment much the same as changing the fairly modern roof tiles for a thatched type roof.
