So, did anyone produce new decals for the AFV Club Churchill for Dieppe Ops. I have been away for a bit.

TIA

Hi Brad,

Just saw your post. The first set has been sent for printing, set 2 is to be completed soon...

Cheers,

Lawrence

Hi,

Excuse my ignorance, so are we talking from Echelon?

Hey Brad

Yep, Lawrence is the wizard behind the curtain at Echelon. If they're off for print then it won't be too long before he's posted them for sale on his website.

Decalmaniacs already have a set out for the Dieppe Churchills but I've never used them before so I cannot comment. I know their set only comes with a few markings for a handful of tanks for Dieppe, so if you're looking to do a specific tank then I would wait and see what Lawrence (Echelon) as coming before you make your decision.

Did you happen to pick up Through the Lens - Dieppe book?? Highly recommended and I know you can get it through Amazon.ca. It has all the reference you need.

Are you going to use any after market PE?? I'm not sure which set to pick up...

Happy building my friend! Post some pictures when you start your build. Everytime you post I get motiviated to bump my Dieppe Churchill to the front of the line. Cheers!

Carmen

Perfecto, thanks Carmen. Yes I found the book at one of our libraries actually, so I have it on extended loan since it is rarely taken out

Anyway, we
ll see how the pics go.

Cheers
