Hi all,
well, far far far away from being called finished, but I slowly make progress
Here is my effort. It will be a Belarussian one, during exercise in 2002/03.
It´s an awsome kit and the details are breath-taking, very well done Pawel. Please excuse the poor Photo-quality, I made this one in a hurry and it has bad light too.
Best regards,
Andreas

Thanks Pawel,
It is a great kit - like many modellers I have quite a stash of unmade kits!! Luckily when i received the SA-8 it went to the top of my build list and I started it almost immediately. I love soviet equipment! Looking forward to the Pat Hand and all the rest of the kits you have planned.
Perhaps you have some more details on your future kits?? Pleeeease. Everyone wants to know!!
I think I am lucky with the timezones too living in New Zealand!!

but this is extra antenna
This is Antenna Associates Identification Friend or Foe (Antennas IFF).
In Polish SA-8 mounted since 2004. Before that were the same but without the antenna.
In Russia, were previously been in some countries no today.

Boo! No chance for those of us far away from our workbench.
Oh well, I have no excuses...I should have had mine done by now. C'est la vie!
Excellent builds of the kit, by the way. I hope to have my review up soon here on Armorama.

Andreas, very nice job and interesting design. I am looking for Syrian. 24 June 1982 the Israelis destroyed three Syrian SA-8 and the fourth shot down RF-4E Phantom II.
Sorry Ian but... I also do not know yet. I would like to build everything but I only grew two hands
After Pat Hand will be 2S3 Acacia or SS-21 Scarab or SSC-3 Styx (Rubezh).
Pawel

Why not make a cent, for example, BUK?
As in track and road wheels.
I also design your own Gecko, upgrade the upper door.

I have problems with the stickers, I have not found such a number.
Huszar would be a plate, no problem, I will be an original green vehicle, but only saw the picture of an early version of the Soviets, it is also decorative strip shines.
Or Osa-1T, grey-green-olive scheme.
Or interesting and special painting is also a shame that it has no more pictures.
Frontier Camo net locator are.

Now I think of Russian armored trains...
Andreas, but SSC-3 Styx was used in NVA.

I have this set too, from Alanger. The NVA Motschützen are correct. The Manufacture "Müritz Miniaturen" from germany makes very nice NVA figures. Here are the link.

It is possible that the vehicles were not NVA-side index (direction indicator lamp)?
What I have seen pictures, none was still in place either.

What do you mean?
The 9K33M2 was in NVA service. 100% sure.
