Thanks for your positive feed back guys, the conversion kit was a bit of a pig, but it came out OK in the end. Figures are superb with great details, all i added was the water (cling film).

The water looks , well...like water falling out of a helmet. So many great little details to look at in this one.

Excellent build!
Great to see a not so well known halftrack starring in a dio like this one!
Too bad you used the tarp like this though, as I think it obscures the view of the halftrack.
The rest of this dio is of a very high level.

Paul,
Very nicely done! I probably missed it, but who makes the figures?

Hi Paul,

Really great work on the figures, base and vehicle. I like the setting and story line, the figure placement is really good and the experimental vehicle very well done.

Only observation would be the tarp. I like the shape and layout over the gun and vehicle, but the base of it looks a bit thick and the texture a bit smooth. it also looks quite clean given the state of the vehicle.

The stone wall has a really good colour to it, just need a wee smart frame to finish it off.

Great stuff.

I think they are either Hornet or Wolf figures

Hi Guys

Thanks again to all those who commented.
Al you're right about the tarp. It was my first try with Magic sculpt i liked the way it's own weight made it drape more realisticly than I've managed with tissue or foil, but i think i got it too thick when folded. A bit more practice needed.

Cheers

paul

Good work, especially armored car! However I would paint figures more carefully and contrastly. Yours faithfully, Dmitry.
