The SA-15 is based on the GM-5955 chassis. I have seen 1 (!) source state the suspension is based on the T-64 but this is incorrect. It seems to be based on the T-80 suspension and tracks, BUT the sprocket has 5 "arms" instead of the 4 "arms" of a standard T-80, so I canot say with certainty that it is indeed a T-80 based suspension system without closer inspection.

No walkarounds that I have run across yet.

I have been on and in one myself. No pictures allowed unfortunately. The suspension is completely hydralic. You have to raise the vehicle from a squat to its travel position. It has the same cold compressed air start as most. I have been also on the simulator that used the same lower chassis as the real but with a different turret. Again no pics. As with most Soviet vehicles, can you say cramped? There are videos out there of the TOR M1 in action. I think Soviet sales type vids. With it on the move and firing at an airborne target. I am not sure where I had seen this one though.

The 2S6 uses the same basic chasis, but with 1 less road wheel per side. 6 instead of 7. The drivers compartment & radio compartment are the same layout.
