I recently received the BTR-80 and BMP in the Chechyna conflict decal sheet from Bison Decals and was wondering - does any aftermarket company make a BTR-80 barrel?

Thanks!

Howdy,
Modelpoint did #35101. Good luck finding one. Its like trying to find Hoffa. I've been looking all over for one. If you find one let me know, Ryan

Please forgive me Lord for my lack of self control and my immature sense of humor. Thanks....

Right! I hope they have a BTR-80 on their "to-do" list. Oh, well, in the meantime I can tackle the old Zveda one with some PE and resin upgrades. Kind of surprised no one has done a good BTR-80...

Thanks for the input and information.

Felix,
They DO have them on their list...... as well as BTR-70, BTR-60......

Pictures ofthe hand masters have been posted here in the past couple of months as well as BMP-1..... so many kits so little time. I'm sure it'll be awhile until I get back into the WW2 stuff at this rate.

Chris

Where you at in NC? I'm in Greensboro..... gotta love North Cakylacky. My family's been here for about 250 years.

Chris, you will have to point me to the BTR-80 hand master, I did not see that one. I have seen the BTR-70 and -60, and the BMP-1 (Type 86). But no BTR-80 officially noted...Gaoyue?

I mispoke - Gayoue only had it listed..... youre right Jacques, the masters were just of the BTR 60 and BTR 70. Felix - with some scratch & AM stuff the Zvesda kits build up pretty well. My biggest complaint of the kit would be the toy like hinges on the hatches and the missplaced periscopes.
