Hello all. Just wondering if there are any kits of the BTR-90 available in 1/35 whether in resin or plastic. Failing that, does anyone have any plans available? Thanks!

No, IIRC, there are not BTR-90 kits in any scale. I opened a thread about it a while ago, click here. The BTR-90 is currently under trials, the final configuration is not yet decided. Rumors says that even a BTR-90 with rear doors and central engine is considered (I can't remember where I read this, I hope it is not true). We must wait at least two years to see it in service to know the configuration that will be selected. Scratchbuilding is your only option. There are some plans on the net, but you have to resize them to make it look like 1/35, there's not even a scale in the plans for making this easy. I have some measures but I'm not sure about them, my question about the confirmation of the BMP-2 turret measures that could help to do the resize was ignored so I didn't make the resize yet and I'm thinking about cancelling my projects (It is the same with the T-80 project).
