Dear friends,
Do all JS2 have weld lines on the halves of the turret? Or are there some w/o weld lines
As I was new to JS and very "conventional", I puttied and sanded smooth the gaps when I mated the 2 halves of the turret.

In fact I think it is not a weld line at all - it is a casting seam from a two part mold. It is ground down to remove the rough and sharp edge.
