Hi Guys, I want to a bmp-2 with a faded green and white parade scheme, does anyone have any photos of the BMP-2 in Green with the white, or can you tell me where on the IFV is white?

Thanks

Sweet thanks Frenchy! Is that the same for the Russian one? I should have been more clearer in stating that its Russian. Sorry.

Thanks Frenchy!

The roadwheel rim is often painted white too.
But I remember having seen different schemes even in the Russian/Soviet army.

I forgot to ask, does anyone know when the Russians stopped using this parade scheme?

Just found another one that is obviously not parading in Moscow (1991 Soviet coup d'état attempt August 19 - August 21) :

If you want some funky paint work for a parade tank check this out, that hatch is awesome!

I wonder why they painted the details on the fenders and wheels white? Is there any particular reason for it?

It's just for parade vehicles. Odds are, they never left the motor pool unless it was to drive around Red Square.

But I'll neither confirm nor deny that...
