Hi Guys, I wanted to post this build as It was a team effort with andyman. This kit was missing the Drivers' bottom half and Aman made one for me. I just put the Future coat on it last night and will start the washes etc etc soon. Have a Great Saturday evening, john.

Looks pretty nice for an ancient kit.

The washes and weathering really wake it up.

Hi John. The biggest problem with this kit OOB, is that it shows its age and is definitely not up to modern standards. Painting alone .. no matter how good ... wonīt rescue it in my opinion. The detail is so soft and poor in this kit, that even pro painters would have problems getting a decent result.
Replacing the two-bar handle jerry cans (should be three-bar) and adding some home made straps would have been a very easy upgrade and made the painting more relevant.
One good point is that you added a little varity in colours to the jerry cans and bags. Sorry for being negative ... you just canīt make a silk purse out of a sows ear
