It would be better if the pose is slightly different from the box art, the pose seems a bit stiff. I think the Masterbox approach is better in terms of concept and poses.

A 2 part skirt with a full leg will also be welcomed, just in case the modeler decides to alter the pose.

A quick visit to IWM shows 7 pages of Colour and 132 pages of B & W pics related to Women during WW2 - plenty of subject choice there.

These figures look really nice. The bodies are well proportioned and the faces are nicely sculpted.
Maybe Trumpeter could ask Bronco about the sculptor they commissioned to do them
