I picked up the SP conversion for the Tamiya kit at AMPS, who are current or past users of this version?
Bonus question, any pics or links?
Thanks in advance,
Ryan

You should have said Boo! I was there.
There are no users of the T-55M5. It is/was a demonstrator for upgrades mainly to third world countries with lots of T-55's on hand. It can either be built as a participant at OMSK shows or as a fantasy vehicle in use with whoever you think may want to have one.

I suspect a few Amorama folks were on hand....we need a ID badge!
Thanks for the info on the M5, sorry to learn it was a demonstrator, If I had known that I would not have bought the set. Not sure if I want to sacrifce a Tamiya T-55 for this set.
