Yes it is. You can tell my the V shaped arrangement of the ERA blocks on the turret and hull.

Thanks Sean. I was pretty sure that I ID'ed it correct but on the other hand I never heard of AV's seeing action in Chechnya. I have the MP turret and have been waiting for some time for pictures of the T-72AV in SPLA service to surface. Now I might reconsider...
