Apparently the Russians re-introduced the Guards Tank markings earlier this year.

Unfortunately I can't see any pics of the BMP-3 MICV on this link but there is an article on the parade in the September issue of Military Machines International (UK) by Jim Kinnear in which there is a picture of one.

Hey Karl there is only one pic of the BMP-3 on the webposting.
Cool find, kind of interesting to see the russians use marking from their old hayday before the breakup. Wonder if it's just markings they use for their parades?

The red star on the drivers door of the Topol-M is also unusal...must be a parade addition....I have to admit it does look good...nice splash of color....lol
