I really like the painting/weathering you have applied to this build. It does look like it was put into service, which some people may knock you for. The flip side is it also looks like this vehicle could have just been going through trials while having "hand me downs", so to speak, attached to it to temporarily address issues during testing. My guess is that this look is what you were going for, and if so then you pulled it off quite nicely.
Do you have more pictures that you could post here and share with us?

Pretty nice. All the techniques are really nicely executed. I would have left the panel sitting on top off and gone with a little cleaner/well maintained vehicle - but those are personal style decisions that don't detract from your model.

Great work, Iain!
Really dig the weathering and streaking as well as the mismatched stand off armor (and the hastily tossed single sheet).
Can't wait ta see more pix and a diorama or vignette!
Regards and Aloha,
Johnny B.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I posted two more images of the kit at different prospectives.
The streaking was done using :
* AK Interactive Streaking Grime"
* AK Interactive Earth Effects"
* Rust Colored Windsor Newton stumped with white spirit.
The techniques used are explained in simple and thorough instructions with photos on both http://ak-interactive.blogspot.com/ and the new AK-Interactive weathering techniques video put together by MIG Jimenez wich is available at a low cost through ak-interactive.com.

So for an E-10 to get THAT weathered up, I'm guessing the war went till.... about '52? Nicely done.

I love this subject and this is a nice twist, building it severely weathered like this. The rust does look very realistic. Thanks for posting!
