Just a heads up to everyone that the latest AFV Modeller issue (sept/oct) has a really nice build of the DML T-80BV set in a fantastic looking diorama. You can see a few pics of it on ldishmodels but id strongly recommend getting this issue as theres some very useful builds shots.

I don't know how I missed this on Dish Models.....that's a nice diorama and kit.

Nice build, but the guy used a lot of am stuff. I see new wheels, tracks, barrel and even the era looks different from the one contained in the box.

Yup, sadly thats whats required to make even a half decent T-80 model. Looking at the pics in the magazine, barely anything from the original kit was left.

I am assuming either a total rebuild of the turret or a Miniarm T-64B turret modified? I will look this issue up.
