"What have they done to my baby?" Dimitri is standing on this tank after he had to hide for the Germans, who took parts of hist tank. After months of wandering around, Dimitri found his baby back and is now looking to what happend with his tank.

Hope you like it and all feedback is welcome. This is my first Russian tank, normally I don't build tanks and nothing Russian

Hi Joh. The tank looks good ... nice Russian green. Good weathering as well. I noticed the ball mount for the machine gun is missing ... is this possible to lift out this? Are you modelling this after a reference image? The ventilation hatch at the back appears to be opened from the wrong side as well. Note the hinges at the open end! Is this the AFV Club kit?

hi Joh, great weathering and detailing. unfortunately Frank is correct that the cooling system grating does open the other way and i have noted in some pics there is a hinged support bar on the right side that hold it in the open position for when the engine hatch is open as well.

with such a great story for this scene and all effort on this build i would suggest putting the time into fixing this one detail and touching up the paint afterwards. cheers, mh.

Hello,

Thanks for the comments, it's nice to have good advice. I decided to leave it of, instead of placing in on the other side. I had already left some things of to show the feeling of Dimitri that the Germans wanted to undress the T-34, so I think this is the best solution and you can beter see the interior, because the orginal kit had a transparant hull, only I got this kit cheap because it had damage and special on the transparant parts.

Thanks!
