Here's the real thing;
Here's how our kit turned out;
Pretty close I guess. I'd like to see what others could do w/this when creating a middle east dio. It seems like a lot of modelers do WWII, not so many modern subjects.

Hi Randy,
Tom here.I'm just getting close to finishing this kit.I worked most of the last few days on the interior.Taken lots of photos.It's a great structure.I haven't quite mastered your painting method,I think I tend to think I'm not doing enough and do more than needed.I do really like the effect from the steel wool.I think your Iraqi street is waiting at the post office today and will stick to your advice on it.I do disagree on the popularity of modern buildings.There's not enough and there are tons of people who would like to see a lot more.
Keep up the great work.
Tom

Randy: I just picked up your Iraqi Street Scene diorama base from one of my lhs's yesterday, it literally arrived as the store owner and I were talking about your products. I took it out to inspect it and it looks great! It wasn't what I was intending to get at the time, but I'm glad I did, and I already have plans for it.
I am going to be picking up this Baghdad diorama for use in the upcoming Urban Diorama campaign, and yes I will be using and Abrams in the scene. Thanks for including the picture of your inspiration for the Baghdad apartment building, this picture will be very helpful when I start modifying the building structure.
Thanks for bringing some great modern diorama buildings to the AM for us!
Cheers
Jeremy

Hey Randy,
I've uploaded some photo's for the first time,of your apartment building.
I can't put them here,but they should be on my profile.

Thanks Tom. I like how you did the interiors. Shoot some more photos when it's all done. Cheers!
